Indoor Flying Friday Sept. 28'17

Hi Gang,

 

We are on again for another fun evening of flying at the Teeland Gym.  There will be all kinds of fun indoor flying going on Friday night possibly including Control-Line!

 

This indoor season is getting off to a good start and a lotta fun has been had by all who have been there so far.  So..........  It's time to charge up those batteries and come out to the Teeland Gym 6-9pm for a night of pure fun!

Indoor Flying Fright Night

Hi Everybody,

 

We will be flying in the Teeland Gym again this Friday the 22nd, 6-9pm.

 

Last week we had some really fun flying.  Bob Stevens maidened his new Twisted Hobbies "Crack Fokker Dr. 1 Triplane".  It flew so well it looked like he had been flying it for years.  Good Job Bob!.

 

Don "Ukie" Meyers was at it again with his nastalgic 1/2A control line baby ringmaster.  This time with some new modifications and WOW, it flyies just as good as a baby ringmaster did in the old days with an .049.  After the first dizzying flight Don was still standing!

 

In between all that, there was some crazy 3D flying and Lee was enjoying doing some loops with his biplane.  Everybody had a fun evening.

Teeland Flying this Friday

Hi Everybody,

 

Last Friday evening was our first Teeland indoor flying session of the year.  The turn out was very good for the first session. Not only was there lots of RC flying but U-Control as well!  Don Meyers brought out a nastalgia U-Control 1/2 a size Ringmaster and had a number of successful and fun to watch flights.  Wow, now that was really cool.  Anybody up for U-Control Pattern or U-Control Combat?  All in all everybody had a fun evening of flying.

 

This Friday evening flying will begin at 6pm and last until 9pm, so get your batteries charged for another fun evening of indoor flying.

Season Opening at Teeland this Friday Night!

Hi All,

 

As the indoor season begins Gary & Teri Miner announced they were retiring and moving out of state.  As a consequence of this I was asked to take over thier duties as Teeland site manager.  I have already established communication with the Teeland management and we are good to go for another season of fun flying in the Teeland Gym.

 

The season opening will be this Friday evening beginning at 6pm and lasting to 9pm.

 

I hope everybody has had a wonderful fun filled summer and I am looking forword to seeing each and everyone of you at the opening session and each session of the season.

 

So, get your batteries charged and indoor planes and 'copters ready for the season opening this Friday evening!
