Hi Gang,

 

Special Report:

 

I have been working with the Matsu School Board on our next years schedule.  As a result we have Friday nights between September 7th, 2018 through May 10th, 2019 on the schedule.  Sweet!

 

In additional I have been able to secure two more Friday night session this year.  We are now on the schedule for Friday night May 4th and Friday night May 11th.  This will give us two more nights to practice for the Summer outdoor flying.  Nice!

 

That means we will have two more sessions after tonights session.

Friday night Flying at Teeland

Hi Gang,

 

We are on for this Friday night at the Teeland Gym for some fun flying.

 

I just got a note from the Teeland Facility Manager.  See Below.

 

I just wanted to let you know that this Friday, April 27^th there is going to be a Birchtree Concert in the

cafeteria from 5pm – 9pm and could you please have everyone go through the back door and

use only the gym bathrooms. Thanks so much.

 

I told her we can handle this without any problem.  She just doesn't want us to be walking down the hallway.

 

Also, for some reason there are two more Friday nights open before Teeland closes for the Summer.  I will see if I can

get these two dates on the schedule for us.  I'll let everybody know what the Matsu School Board says about this.

Flying Tomorrow Night at Teeland

Hi Gang,

 

We are on for flying at Teeland tomorrow night.  This Friday and next Friday are our last two sessions in the Gym for this season.  That means these last two sessions will be the last time to practice for the summer flying season.  So.... Ya better get your batteries charged and be ready to fly!

Indoor flying at Teeland Friday Night!

Hi Gang,

 

If you missed the Indoor Contest last week.... then.... Ba...Humbug to ya!.  Everybody that was there had a blast.  Don Meyer the "CD" pulled the Comp off perfectly (as always).  I think Don wil give a complete run down of the Comp at the next "ARCS" meeting.

 

Yes, we have another fun evening of indoor flying planned for this Friday Night.  We will start at 6pm and fly until 9pm.  So, get your batteries charged and I'll see ya at Teeland.

Indoor Scale Contest at Teeland this Friday Night!

Hi Gang,

 

Finally it's time for the Indoor Scale Contest at Teeland this Friday night April 6th.  Make double sure your airplanes are ready and your batteries are charged.  We are going to have a super fun time and get to see some really cool indoor scale airplanes.

 

Pilot meeting is scheduled for 6pm sharp.  Contact Don Meyer (907) 242-3915 if you have any questions. 

 

After the contest there will be free flying as well.  So come on out and enjoy some crazy fun this Friday night.
